Your 115 m² chalet is located in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest and boasts breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Riviera. You're just minutes from Montreux or Vevey, surrounded by nature!
From the veranda, the terrace, the large balcony or in the jacuzzi, you will experience magical moments with a unique view of the entire Vaud Riviera.

On the ground floor:
You have a 15 m² fully glazed veranda with a breathtaking view over the entire Vaud Riviera and Lake Geneva. It will be one of the favorite places in the house for your aperitifs or meals.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment.
The cozy living room has a fireplace and a television (Chromecast)

On the 1st floor:
You have two bedrooms. One with a 180 x 200 cm bed and a TV (Chromecast) and the second with a 180 x 200 cm bed.
Between the two bedrooms, an office is equipped for teleworking (home office) with a 90 x 200 cm bed.
The entire 1st floor gives access to the large balcony (equipped with a table and armchairs) with its unique view. Nothing like a good tea or coffee to make the most of it!
For pleasant comfort during the cold season, each of the rooms on the 1st floor benefits from underfloor heating in addition to the chalet's pellet oven.

Exterior:
A terrace at the end of the winter season will allow you to fully enjoy the peace and quiet of the place. While enjoying an outdoor lounge, a friendly barbecue in the heart of nature will allow you to share friendly moments before perfecting your day by immersing yourself in a 36°C jacuzzi offering a spectacular view of the Vaud Riviera.

Starting point for magnificent hikes in the mountains or in the forest, towards the summit of Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman, without forgetting the magnificent Narcisses path.

It's your vacation, we have no rules to impose on you, other than common sense and respect for the chalet and its neighbors.
• The presence of the traveler who made the reservation is absolutely required for insurance reasons.
Each accompanying person must have an identity document for registration of the stay, according to the directives of the Swiss authorities and the tourist office (Rivera Card for discounts)

• Regarding the use of the Jacuzzi, for hygiene reasons, it is necessary to take a shower before using it and to wear bathing clothes.
• The use of glass is prohibited in the Jacuzzi. We provide you with recyclable plastic glasses.
• Use of the jacuzzi is permitted from 10:00 to 23:30 every day.
• If we have to carry out a complete cleaning and change of the water, following non-compliant use in terms of hygiene, we are obliged to charge CHF 200.- for the work, the change of filters and the water.
• For your safety, we measure the water quality and check the Jacuzzi filters every day in the middle of the afternoon.
• Music outside or in the jacuzzi must be turned off by 10:00 p.m. every day.
